About Abby

Life Coach for Chronic Illness

I am a licensed physician with a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

After training in pediatrics, I completed a post-graduate fellowship in Allergy-Immunology, then worked as an allergist in a large practice for several years.

During that time, I developed Crohn's disease (an autoimmune-like illness). As I began my healing journey, I entered the unique world of how to live with, and heal from, chronic illness — the ups and downs of physical stamina, the "self talk" that can create heavy emotional burdens and the challenges of encountering others' expectations.

I've learned much through years of specialized trainings, personal experience and many wonderful clients. I enjoy helping people with chronic illness lead empowered and vibrant lives.
