Writing to Heal - an afternoon workshop

Join me for an afternoon of healing and creativity!

Chronic illness taxes even the strongest people, and research shows that reflective writing reduces illness symptoms. This workshop helps you write about healthcare experiences and offers journaling techniques for healing. No writing experience necessary.
